a lot of the bloggers i follow have recently written about their new year's resolutions/goals.
i realize i am a bit late (okay, very late), but it's still january right? i thought i'd share my own little goals for 2011 with you:
- keep a garden journal and plan my seed planting more efficiently
- start an indoor succulent garden
- further embrace my new found love of jazz (à la ella fitzgerald, billie holiday)
- read! especially about plants and gardening
- dance more, maybe even sign up for a class
- try a new recipe a couple times a month
- get serious about meal planning again
as you can see, my goals aren't too extravagant. i think it's important to keep it simple and not get too overzealous. rather than setting one overwhelming goal, i like breaking it up into smaller, more tangible goals.
